The lads were in great spirits at the legendary Kuumbwa Jazz Center in Santa Cruz, on their way to Yoshi's Jazz Club. The Kuumbwa is a small non-profit venue offering "the perfect seat" with a house that holds only 200. They play on their proximity to the Bay Area to snag the best of the best to play two shows for a total of 400 seat sales because of the phenomenal non-profit organization that uses the profits to promote jazz education for youth. Founded in 1975 by a group of people involved with the Monterey Jazz Festival, this small venue is the place to play, so who better than the number one English band in Smooth Jazz, Acoustic Alchemy. Greg Carmichael on steel string guitar and Miles Gilderdale on nylon string guitar.
