Traveling Along the Acoustic Highway with

Craig Chaquico

Craig Chaquico started his career at the tender age of 17, as a touring member of the legendary San Francisco Bay Area rock sensation, the Jefferson Starship. He says he thought he was going back to school after the tour, instead he became a full fledged member of the band where he stayed for the next 16 years.

In the early '90s, he migrated into Smooth Jazz with the release of his award winning CDs, Acoustic Highway and then Acoustic Planet. The success of the title song, Acoustic Highway, and Return of the Eagle from his debut CD, and Gathering of the tribes from his sophomore endeavor cemented Craig in the Smooth Jazz genre.
