32nd Annual
    Playboy Jazz Festival

It was a beautiful June weekend in Hollywood. The "June gloom" visited in the morning, keeping the temperature from climbing too high with the afternoon sun. Hollywood is always an entertaining place with Hollywood Boulevard and the Hollywood Walk of Fame within walking distance of most of the hotels near the Hollywood Bowl. Definitely a tourist trap, it is fun to check out the attractions, and there are good restaurants in the area.

The Playboy Jazz Festival begins at 2:30PM and continues nonstop until 11PM. 18,000 people having one big party for 8½ hours. Drinking champagne, fine wine, beer and other assorted beverages, while eating a smorgasbord of elegant foods with flowers on their tables. There is no place like the Hollywood Bowl, where large coolers of wine, beer, and food are tolerated (no kegs please, the fire chief doesn't like them) and booths with tables are the norm for all premium seats. The rotating stage keeps the party continual with no breaks, no intermission, the music never stops.Saturday started off with
